Call with an automated voice message
When it matters that the key information arrives immediately in an emergency: NOA calls your contacts and plays a clear, pre-defined voice message — fully automatically, without anyone needing to speak at the device.
How it works
In an alarm, NOA dials the stored contacts and automatically plays a spoken announcement — e.g. "Emergency at [name]. Please help immediately." The contact instantly knows what it's about, even if no one speaks at the device.
When is it useful?
Clarifies an emergency faster – which can avoid costly emergency-call-center dispatches (€15) and reduce unnecessary escalations. Bookable as an add-on (€5 / month); without it the feature stays disabled.
The safety emergency call
Someone is always reachable. If no family member responds, the emergency call center automatically takes over — you're never left without help. In an emergency, NOA always alerts your personal trusted contacts first — that remains the heart of it. In addition, a professional emergency call center staffed around the clock takes over if no one in your circle can be reached in time. So no alarm goes unanswered.
1 · Alarm is triggered
Whether emergency button, fall detection, geofencing or inactivity alarm — NOA starts the alert as usual.
2 · Your trusted contacts first
NOA always contacts your stored contacts first — by call, SMS or email, in the order you define.
3 · If no one confirms
If no one confirms the alarm within the set time, the emergency is automatically forwarded to the emergency call center.
4 · The emergency call center takes over
Trained staff at a 24/7 emergency call center assess the situation, make contact and arrange the necessary help — until someone is reached.
Transparent terms
Availability is always included — in every plan. Only when the emergency call center actually takes over in an emergency does a usage fee of €15 per dispatch apply. No monthly surcharge, no add-on booking needed.

NOA uses a special SIM card that isn't tied to a single carrier — even in Germany. NOA automatically uses all available mobile networks via roaming. The result: significantly higher availability than any classic phone contract.

Even in Germany NOA switches between Telekom, Vodafone and Telefónica — automatic, no intervention.

In emergencies, NOA picks the strongest signal at the current location — not the cheapest.

For use outside classic mobile networks, NOA can be equipped on request with the worldwide Iridium satellite network. A solution for situations where no gap is acceptable.

Iridium covers nearly 100% of the Earth's surface. Even where classic mobile no longer works — from mountains to open sea.
Safety in remote regions
Ideal for high-mountain hiking, remote forestry and industrial sites, expeditions or rural areas with thin coverage.
Better reachability
When LTE and 2G aren't available, the satellite network takes over. Call and location message go through where standard devices stay silent.

satellite_alt How the Iridium upgrade works
By default NOA uses 4G LTE with 2G fallback and automatic network switching. That covers most inhabited regions of Europe — depending on local coverage.
On request we upgrade your device to a hybrid variant with an Iridium module. The device stays on mobile where available — but switches automatically to satellite when mobile fails.
